I am from Wellington and got my nails and toes done for a special occasion. The nail technician did a fantastic job, I really wish I could bring her back to Wellington with me! These are the best nails I've had in a long while. She put in so much time and effort to make them perfect. I am beyond happy.
I had an appointment for a classic gel manicure and the service I received was terrible. My appointment was with Hana and she didn't even greet me or smile, barely spoke throughout. On top of that, she forgot to give me the hand and arm massage that was included. When I reminded her, she only did the arm massage which was disappointing. It felt like she hadn't eaten breakfast that day. The nails turned out fine, but the customer service was really lacking. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Check out house of beauty instead, it's more affordable and the service is exceptional!
The staff here are absolutely amazing, all of them are so kind and welcoming. They provide excellent advice on nail care and the services they offer are top-notch. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning ❤️
