Took my daughter for a haircut today and we are both so disappointed. The stylist didn't listen to what we asked for and now her hair looks uneven and awkward. We specifically said no product, but now she has to use it to try and fix the mess. I'll have to find someone else to correct it. It took me a good 5 years to grow out my hair. I specifically requested layers, with shorter layers on top. I even brought in 4 reference photos, 2 of which focused on the back. Unfortunately, what I got was long hair on the sides near my temples and ears, with a thick 1 cm layer of long hair at the nape of my neck. The rest at the back was cut short, completely different from what I showed. I basically ended up with a mullet. Fixing this will cost me around $700 for extensions to regain my length. **Melissa** is amazing at clearly explaining makeup techniques and patient when teaching these (when I was asking a thousand questions). She also listens to any concerns and can teach you the look you want to replicate (for me it was a more natural look). Highly recommend her for a makeup lesson so you can confidently do your own look! Loved this experience and learning about different products, their application process and also how I could use my own products, making the most of what I had (but also letting me know some of my product had expired - which was not a surprise!).
