Incredibly welcoming team - Rachel has cut the hair of my whole whanau and my son, who dislikes getting his hair cut, finds them to be very professional especially with the massage chair during hair wash. Great value. Quick to respond to phone inquiries and if they can't answer right away, they always return the call. Due to their large client base, last-minute appointments are not very likely.
