The staff were so helpful during my visit. I absolutely adore the cafe there. It's great that they are dog-friendly. It would be fantastic if they had trolleys specifically designed for dogs with a caged top to prevent other customers from approaching them. Not all dogs are comfortable with strangers invading their space, especially when it's busy.
I stopped by to order a special fireplace and brought my dog along (she's well-behaved). Encountered a rather strict employee who insisted that dogs must be carried in a basket. If you're willing to spend money, there are other places where you can shop with your dog without any issues. Placemakers and Bunnings are more accommodating to well-behaved dogs on a lead.
