I’m leaving feedback for the professional, yet incredibly warm and friendly receptionist named Aroha at Pacific Radiology in Paraparaumu. Many people visit Pacific Radiology for imaging related to serious conditions. While waiting for my appointment, I observed Aroha warmly greeting and assisting people with kindness and professionalism. She made an effort to offer uplifting words genuinely to all clients. Witnessing such kindness and warmth was truly delightful, and I know firsthand how these gestures can brighten someone’s day. Well done, Aroha!
Today, I arrived early for an appointment at the Kapiti branch of Pacific Radiology. Having read some not-so-kind reviews about the staff previously, I was pleasantly surprised by the two delightful and charming receptionists I encountered. Deb greeted me with a smile and was incredibly helpful and respectful. Her colleague, Jools, was equally charming and courteous, leaving me puzzled about the negative reviews I had read. The radiologist was also kind, considerate, and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit, and I want to commend the staff at Kapiti Radiology for their excellent service. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
