What a stunning shore for lengthy strolls with the whānau and puppers. At low tide, you can wander out quite far and stumble upon intriguing finds. If you've had your fill of the sand, it's a breeze to head back up to the paved path and pop into one of the cafés along Marine Parade for a lovely cuppa.
Initially, we popped by to catch the sunset, but alas, the clouds played spoilsport and hid it from view :((( Nonetheless, my partner and I had a delightful time here, enjoying a picnic with our new gas cooker!!
