Excellent assistance and guidance. Incredibly warm and hospitable team.
Fantastic assistance. My wife popped in for paracetamol for our 7-year-old son and the pharmacist provided detailed information about our entitlements, saving us a substantial amount of money. Much appreciated.
My days of frequenting this pharmacy are behind me. The quality has significantly declined since the departure of the previous pharmacist, Mitchell, and before that, David, who were both exceptional, as were their team members. Feedback from various other customers I've conversed with also reflects subpar service. From my past managerial standpoint, it seems there are too many employees causing confusion, resulting in a disorganized environment. On my last two visits, the prescriptions were not ready despite being sent by the doctor 1, 2, or 3 days prior. It's disheartening, as I've taken pleasure in supporting a local establishment, but I intend to switch to a pharmacy that is in closer proximity.
