Our precious kiwi, Tane, was struck by a car and suffered a severe tail injury, leading to its amputation. Erin and the team showed incredible compassion, support, and expertise throughout the entire process. Tane has now fully recovered, albeit without its tail. Thank you for your exceptional and dedicated care.
Currently, Chris is providing treatment and care for my 17-year-old kiwi, Kiara, who has developed a severe bacterial infection. Throughout this challenging time, Chris has been extremely informative, explaining the bacterial strain, treatment options, and follow-up procedures with great care and empathy. I am immensely grateful for all the support Chris has provided and continues to provide for Kiara in such a warm and attentive manner.
