At enSoul I attended the Beginners' Course, an 8 week programme that takes participants slowly through how to do the basic poses/Vinyasa flow. There's no need to look at others to work out what I should be doing - I just tune into the voice of the instructor. Now, over two years later, yoga at enSoul is an important part of my life providing not only strength and conditioning exercise, but a time for me to really be in the moment and to 're-set' myself.
