I've been visiting Snipz for around 7 years now. Even though it's just been for basic haircuts & nothing fancy, Jason has always been polite, respectful & accommodating with scheduling. He's very skilled at what he does & after a session with him, I always get such nice compliments on how good my hair looks. Additionally, I had very dry hair recently & as Jason's advice was so expert, I've started purchasing shampoo & conditioner from him, much better than the supermarket stuff for sure. Bought a product from this business, quick delivery but the item was made over 6 years ago and had expired over 3 years ago, very let down. When I kindly requested a refund, the Head mentioned it was okay to use. Then instructed to send it back but wouldn't confirm a refund. He was impolite and accusing. Take care when buying from the online store or Trademe.
Ordered 2 cans of my fav Hairspray that I couldn’t find in Auckland currently. My package arrived the following day. Such professional, efficient service. Highly recommend!!
