I love visiting the Wellington Clinic of About Face. The warm welcome and professional assistance make every visit enjoyable, whether I'm purchasing skincare products or getting treatments. The experiences are always relaxing and the results are wonderful.
I received a gift voucher and decided to book a session in Wellington, thinking it would be a more peaceful option than the one in Auckland, which is closer to my home. During my treatment, I could hear loud conversations, laughter, and the phone ringing from the reception area next door, which made it hard to relax. The therapist and the treatment were good, but she didn't seem surprised when I mentioned the noise issue. Disappointing. 25/12021 Update: The manager reached out the same day to apologize and mentioned they were working on improving the situation. I also received another gift voucher. I appreciated the call and the gesture.
