I've been attending the medical center for around 5 years now and have never encountered any issues. Dr. Nicola is fantastic. The staff at reception carry out their duties efficiently. I believe it's important for the patient to communicate clearly and politely too, then everyone can be satisfied.
Just phoned the clinic to book an appointment and was greeted by the most impolite receptionist who informed me she couldn't help as I couldn't provide the name of the individual who left the message.
