I've had three awful encounters at this establishment. Manager's customer service is abysmal, rude and unsympathetic. Staff pressured to push payment plans, and charge for missed appointments. Constant harassment through texts, emails, and calls to confirm appointments. Perhaps other Caci clinics are better, but this one is dreadful. Regret not reading reviews before spending money here.
Highly let down. Unable to review treatments as they forgot to schedule my facial. Not ideal before my wedding! Clearly, they don't value customers. Look elsewhere!
I've been scanning these critiques. My partner had a boyfriend who bought a year-long contract. Lockdowns caused neglect. Payments ceased, owner sent to debt collectors. $4000 paid for 2 months (10 to go), blamed unfairly. Avoid this money-focused business. Warning everyone to steer clear of this scam. If partner had money, would hire lawyer. Owner admitted to Facebook stalking and used mutual friends as leverage. Avoid at all costs.
