The security guards at Chemist Warehouse are always friendly and engaging. However, the process of getting prescriptions has become extremely slow, even when they are supposed to be ready. Some staff members have a negative attitude, but there are a few who are helpful and kind.
I had a frustrating experience at Chemist Warehouse in Glen Innes. The customer service was lacking, and the staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful. Their lack of accountability only made things worse.
