I've never critiqued a chemist before as they are usually quite transactional. However, I've recently started patronizing this one and the service has been exceptional. I forgot a part of my prescription, and the chap dropped it off in my mailbox after his shift. Furthermore, he provided me with valuable advice regarding an ointment I use, something that several chemists who had dispensed it to me previously had not bothered to inquire about or offer guidance on. I highly recommend this place.
It was unsettling this morning to realize that I hadn't received a receipt with my purchase, and upon double-checking at home, I discovered that I had been overcharged by $6.15. It had been a while since I last visited this store for the same reason, but it was an urgent situation. I won't be returning here again.
