Had a hair coloring done here and while the color was great, the customer service was average and the color faded the next day despite me not using any harsh products etc. I went back a few days later and they did fix the color free of charge. Will not be visiting again.
Went to Lume Hair due to not being able to go to my local. Will NOT go back. Wow, should have read the reviews before I went. Paid $$$ for hair treatment, color is patchy and missing on some parts of hair. Really disappointed.
My previous hair appointment lasted 6 weeks! I’d received compliments for my 6 weeks old hair. My hair stylist really listens to what I wanted and so flexibility with appointment. Her attention to details on styles were immaculate. My haircuts were professionally done(not over trimming) I’m loving my current summer themed look. Will definitely be a returning :)
