I highly recommend this place, Aroha is really professional and kind... I truly appreciated their services and the treatment I received from them and it was very effective. I look forward to visiting the esthetic center again when we return to Aotearoa!
Luxe appearance is an awesome space, welcoming and warming vibe lovely receptionist. But as a beauty therapist myself I was slightly disappointed in the treatment.. I wanted to have a facial to do something nice for myself as don’t get to do this often but unfortunately it wasn’t the most relaxing treatment I’ve had. The therapist was lovely but unfortunately after she had whakatered my face she popped a mask on and then told me that she’ll come back in 15 mins.. It would have been lovely if she had maybe given me a head or hand/arm massage while the mask was on:) I also was not given a consultation form to fill in so in my opinion it is quite dangerous to leave a client in a room with a treatment on their face with no knowledge of what they may be allergic to! I was reluctant to post this review but I wanted to pass on some feedback:)
