Chilled out at Nava spa this morn and it was mint. The crew were choice from the get-go, and made you feel at ease. The rub itself was choice, left feeling mint and super chilled. The extra 15 min facial was sweet as and made the whole deal epic. Will defs come back for another cuppa on the sunny deck ✨
Would steer clear of this spot. Booked a 2 hour deep tissue rub after reading solid reviews and checking the site and snaps. After booking, got a call saying the spa had shifted recently, but no other deets were shared. Rocked up for my slot looking forward to a lush spa, but was met with a shabby shed, busted furniture, raggedy carpet bits on the floor, flimsy drapes dividing beds, and heaps of noise from the road just 5m away. At that point, pulled the plug, axed the booking after saying it wasn't what I expected, and bailed. Completely not what I had in mind. The place was nothing like the pics online, far from serene, and needs a solid scrub and total redo. If you want a chill, top-notch time, steer clear of Nava Spa.
