I visited this store today, and as I was leaving, a staff member named Mark noticed that I had a lot to carry, along with a little boy, and offered to help take my things to my car - which was parked in the next block! He insisted on helping and walked with my groceries all the way there. This act of incredibly kind customer care deserves recognition. We need more Marks in the world. Thank you once again!
I visited the supermarket earlier this week, only to find myself having to park right at the very back of the parking lot. To make matters worse, it was pouring rain, and I had my kids along with a baby stroller. As I approached the main entrance, I noticed a staff member from New Zealand got out of their parked car in the 'Family Parking' spot. It was a silver LDV T60 UTE. Although I didn't catch the plate number, the sheer audacity of a staff member taking the family parking spot was unacceptable. I was genuinely furious that the staff prioritized themselves over families. When I reached the checkout, the same staff member who had parked in the family parking was the one packing my groceries. Her name tag read ROSHINI. She didn't greet me, didn't make eye contact, and didn't even say thank you. She was loudly chatting with another supervisor, laughing and giggling. Is this the kind of people you employ?
