Top-notch massage in Wellington, they guarantee noticeable improvements post-treatment. I've been a loyal patron for almost a year, hoping to find a similar service in Dunedin.
I had an arrangement on the 25th August. No one turned up. The establishment was shut. I reached out to them requesting a reimbursement and 2 weeks later, I still have not received any response or money back. Exercise caution with this establishment.
Visited a few times for a thorough massage (with Finn).. which was truly effective in addressing my back discomfort. After a specific session, I prepaid for 2 more massages for myself & my partner, scheduled for the following two weeks (not with Finn as they were away). Unfortunately, I had to cancel our appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.. I provided ample notice and requested a refund online.. but received no response. I sent numerous emails, website messages, and made several calls but never received any reply. This occurred last year. I'm out approximately $130 as a consequence. It's disappointing because I would have returned or accepted a date change, as Finn was excellent.
