I escorted my Mother to Perfect Nails, and she absolutely adored it! The service was friendly and top-notch!
What a fantastic spot! I've been getting my nails done here for a few moons now and they always turn out splendid. The only downside is having to specifically request for my cuticles to be tended to before the service. I wish cuticle prep was included in their routine as it's a crucial step for a builder gel manicure.
I wouldn't suggest them for a lash lift and tint. I recently had mine done and I was utterly surprised. My lashes appear significantly shorter (almost a third of the length lost), thinner, and the tint seems non-existent as the tips of my lashes lack color. The contrast was so striking, I thought they had trimmed them or something. When I mentioned they seemed shorter, they just chuckled and mentioned they appear shorter when curled 🙄😳 (clearly the opposite of what a lift is supposed to achieve). I inquired about the tint, and they confirmed they had applied it. Moreover, they provided no guidance on how to care for the lift, such as avoiding eye contact with water or makeup for 24 hours. I've had lifts and tints in the past, and never have my lashes appeared shorter and in dire need of mascara. I wasted $85, and now I'll have to get false lashes for an upcoming event. It's doubly frustrating as I had invested a fortune in lash serums to enhance their length and fullness. I'm dissatisfied with the service and being ridiculed when I raised my concerns.
