Absolutely fantastic service! Riley always delivers a professional haircut, the salon has a lovely warm atmosphere, and the conversations are great.
I've been a regular customer of Riley for some time now, but today I left feeling quite disappointed. The haircut didn't match the picture I showed her. The fringe was also shorter than I had requested. When I brought this up, she dismissed my concerns and insisted it was the right length. I had previously mentioned the issue of dye staining my forehead and asked her to be careful, but once again, my request was ignored. In fact, she told me not to wipe it off, leaving me stuck with dye on my forehead again. I'm really dissatisfied, especially considering the $153.00 price tag. 😔 23/08/18 I just returned from Riley's Hair Studio after she messaged me and offered a $30.00 refund. I mentioned I was going to have the other side of my hair thinned out because one side was cut too much. Initially, she agreed to fix it, but just before I arrived, she asked me to remove the review I had written. When I got there, our conversation didn't go well, as she was only willing to correct the problem if I deleted the review. I left even more upset. 😌
Riley is amazing. She managed to trim my 15-month-old's hair in just 10 minutes. We receive many compliments on my child's haircut, as it's quite a challenging task.
