I've had three awful encounters at this establishment. Manager's customer service is abysmal, rude and unsympathetic. Staff pressured to push payment plans, and charge for missed appointments. Constant harassment through texts, emails, and calls to confirm appointments. Perhaps other Caci clinics are better, but this one is dreadful. Regret not reading reviews before spending money here.About

I opted for an eyelash perm and tint, and she walked me through the entire procedure. Despite a slight stinging sensation post-tint, my eyes were thoroughly cleansed and treated with eye cream. My lashes look stunning - surpassing the results of using a curler and mascara.
