I've had three awful encounters at this establishment. Manager's customer service is abysmal, rude and unsympathetic. Staff pressured to push payment plans, and charge for missed appointments. Constant harassment through texts, emails, and calls to confirm appointments. Perhaps other Caci clinics are better, but this one is dreadful. To get to Caci Kohimarama at 31A Melanesia Road, Kohimarama, Auckland 1071, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 782 from Auckland City and get off at the Kohimarama Road stop. Walk down Kohimarama Road, turn left onto Melanesia Road, and you will find Caci Kohimarama on your right. If driving, head east on Tamaki Drive, turn right onto Kohimarama Road, then left onto Melanesia Road where Caci Kohimarama will be on your right.

Feeling quite let down. Was quoted just over $1100 for xeomin injections every 3 months, whereas at all other places I've visited, I've paid $650 for the same areas and the results were satisfactory. Following my injections at the Kiwi Clinic, my face still had movement in all the lines that were typically frozen by other clinics. Additionally, I paid $720 for lip fillers, and we stopped at the suggestion of the injector who felt they looked appropriate for a natural appearance. However, once the swelling subsided in 4 weeks, it appeared as though I never had any filler at all. When I inquired, I was informed that as per our agreement, the injector had ceased treatment at my request, so if I desired better results, I would need to pay another $720, despite not utilizing the full amount in both sessions. I sought treatment elsewhere, paid $350, and 3 months later my lips still appear plump and enhanced. I felt like I was being taken advantage of at the Kiwi Clinic, as if the product I was paying for wasn't delivering. When I requested a reduction in cost by excluding my usual brow lift, the injector proceeded to treat my entire forehead and stated there would be no reduction in cost, even though I had requested fewer areas to be treated than before. I have since switched to another clinic where my injections cost $650 and everything remains frozen.About

If you prefer to drive, you can head south on Main Highway from the intersection with Ladies Mile, and the salon will be on your left after about 1.5 kilometers.
