Dreadful experience! This hair salon botched my balayage request, leaving me with glaringly bright blonde streaks and a harsh line between that and my natural color. When I returned for a fix, they ended up dyeing my entire roots, completely missing the mark on balayage. Now, the regrowth is a disaster!
