Inadequate communication. Staff turnover is incessant - a fresh caregiver each visit. My initial encounter with the first caregiver was splendid, no issues, seamless procedure. However, following her resignation, subsequent caregivers (some possibly still in training at the Caci academy??) left me with persistent headaches for a week. When I raised concerns about the headaches, I was informed it was standard.
An invoice was never dispatched, and when I sought to adjust my membership for fewer treatments annually, they refused to do so over the phone or schedule a consultation for modification. I was instructed to pay more before making any changes.
While the staff were amicable when I was making payments, their demeanor turned rude and unpleasant when I inquired about the headaches and requested alterations to my membership! I will never return here. Utterly disrespectful.About

Feeling quite let down. Was quoted just over $1100 for xeomin injections every 3 months, whereas at all other places I've visited, I've paid $650 for the same areas and the results were satisfactory. Following my injections at the Kiwi Clinic, my face still had movement in all the lines that were typically frozen by other clinics. Additionally, I paid $720 for lip fillers, and we stopped at the suggestion of the injector who felt they looked appropriate for a natural appearance. However, once the swelling subsided in 4 weeks, it appeared as though I never had any filler at all. When I inquired, I was informed that as per our agreement, the injector had ceased treatment at my request, so if I desired better results, I would need to pay another $720, despite not utilizing the full amount in both sessions. I sought treatment elsewhere, paid $350, and 3 months later my lips still appear plump and enhanced. I felt like I was being taken advantage of at the Kiwi Clinic, as if the product I was paying for wasn't delivering. When I requested a reduction in cost by excluding my usual brow lift, the injector proceeded to treat my entire forehead and stated there would be no reduction in cost, even though I had requested fewer areas to be treated than before. I have since switched to another clinic where my injections cost $650 and everything remains frozen.About

I am reluctant to praise the exceptional work of Dr. Patel further as it is already difficult to secure an appointment with him due to high demand. Dr. Patel has been my dermatologist for almost 20 years, and I cannot speak more highly of every aspect of his care. He has skillfully diagnosed and removed various grades of skin cancer. He is an outstanding professional with a remarkable approach to his practice; thorough and knowledgeable. During the lockdowns, he also diagnosed and removed skin cancers from my elderly mother's legs. The fact that they did not develop ulcers post-surgery was once again a result of his diligent follow-up care. I switched to Dr. Patel's care based on the recommendation of my employer, following extremely negative experiences with another local dermatologist.
