The salon was impeccably clean, with excellent hygiene standards, no pain during the procedure, great music, attentive care, and she took the time to ensure the best possible outcome. After the initial session, I experienced no issues, minimal healing, and after a month, there was hardly any fading. I highly recommend her and will definitely return.About

I’ve now had three brow laminations, dye & shape with Emily. Fair brows I desired, not too dark. Emily listened, we discussed & she took time to mix a custom dye blend for me (noted on my client card). Educated me on brow & eyelash care, pleasantly surprised by the improvement as an older lady. Emily is very professional with a friendly vibe. The salon is airy, clean & tidy with a refreshingly different colour scheme, no pink. First visit and left feeling dissatisfied with the service. The person who did my lashes didn't engage in any conversation. It seemed like a struggle for them to even greet me. A simple "hello, how are you" shouldn't be difficult, right? After my appointment, it felt like they were eager to take my payment as quickly as possible and rush me out the door. It felt impolite and like I was an inconvenience. That night, I noticed some discomfort, and it seemed like I might be developing a stye. It's been two days, no stye has formed, but there appears to be damage or an infection in my eye. It slightly hurts when I apply pressure. I'm unsure of the cause, but I've never experienced this after a lash appointment.SO Lash.
