Absolutely dreadful ordeal. Specifically requested a 2cm trim for my daughter's hair and emphasized this STRONGLY to the youthful barber attending to her. However, he recklessly sheared off 5-7cm, resulting in a completely uneven and peculiar 'shaping' around her face. While managing my other two daughters' trims and preventing their stylists from going off the rails, I couldn't supervise my 9-year-old. Utter disregard for our instructions - he executed his own vision terribly. I question whether he's even properly trained in hair cutting. My daughter departed the salon in tears. The other two stylists didn't fare any better. They seemed clueless about handling curly hair. There's one exceptional woman (whom people line up for) while the rest are subpar.
I really can't fathom why there's so many downsides in the feedback. This is a pretty standard barber shop, not a fancy salon as such. If you're after elaborate cuts by top-notch pros at a high price, then this isn't the spot for you.
