This stellar 5-star review goes out to Kim from the photography/printing section. Initially, one of her colleagues assisted me, but when I returned with a query, Kim stepped in. She patiently guided me through the printing process, making me feel like a valued customer. Kudos to Kim for delivering top-notch service.
I am extremely let down by the decision of the management to place sweets on a large shelf hanging over the self-checkout counter, leaving minimal space for placing items before scanning. Such treats should not be positioned here as they are unhealthy and too enticing for children (and adults trying to avoid junk food). Kindly remove them promptly. Other stores do not push candy like this. Not happy.
Typically, I can enter with my electric scooter, something I've done since day one without any issues. However, this time, for some unknown reason, I was denied entry with the scooter. I found it quite strange, especially since there are no signs indicating that e-scooters are not allowed in their HUGE store. Additionally, the staff I interacted with were less than pleasant. Also, sort out your eyebrows, they resemble caterpillars, you know who you are.
