Vera Massage is a hidden treasure in Epsom. Great ambiance, wonderful experience with the masseuse. Friendly and courteous.
Highly unprofessional. The massage bed is filthy, no fresh cover was laid. I had to request a change before the massage began. The woman who performed my massage was average at best, lacking skill and even switched with a colleague halfway through. It was tolerable until she transitioned from massaging my feet to my head without cleaning her hands. I was charged a ridiculous $120, the priciest massage I've had. Think twice before booking here, cleaner and more reasonably priced options exist.
Absolutely dreadful experience. Awkward and uncomfortable throughout. The masseuse was polite but clearly inexperienced and rough. I went in for a full body massage and she poked my back for half an hour before I had to inquire what was happening. Communication was impossible as no one spoke English. The only highlight was the chicken sandwich I picked up on the way home.
