Devastated by my recent full head highlights. Hoped it would soften, but it's just awful. Specifically asked for care around my delicate baby hairs, but the stylist rushed through it, resulting in a patchy mess. No head massage during the wash, which was a letdown compared to my past salon experiences.
The most dreadful haircut I've ever had. Went in with adored long locks, only to have them chopped off more than requested. The layers are a disaster - choppy, unblended, and mismatched with the length. Realized the horror post-styling at home. The quick snip job explains the mess. Heartbroken as it took ages to grow my hair out.
A dreadful salon visit left me with uneven colour and an inch of regrowth in some areas. The chaotic highlights application was nerve-wracking, with no attention to detail. The hefty price for the poor service was unjustified. The cut left my fringe too thick and straight, with blunt, unblended layers. Avoid this branch at all costs.
