I signed up at Common Ground a few moons ago and haven't looked back. Started with a one on one session with Sarah and instantly fell in love! All the instructors are so caring and approachable, they have a wealth of knowledge and know how to modify exercises if you have any body concerns. Definitely worth checking out!
I can't sing their praises enough! Pilates has truly transformed my fitness routine. It's enjoyable, challenging, and gentle on the body while still providing a solid workout! Common ground is a stunning place to be, with fantastic staff who are warm and excellent at what they do! I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone of any age!
