I was dissatisfied with their service as they did not clean the car properly. I paid $139 for a full car wash, inside and out. I noticed no difference before and after. Terrible service.
WARNING!!! Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by Kiwi Clean Car Wash in Auckland. The main concern is that a section of my car's dashboard went missing during the cleaning process. As the team was unsure how to deactivate the turbo idle/cool down feature, I received a frantic call. While explaining that it was a function of the engine, the car's engine shut off on its own. Upon my return, I noticed that the fuse box cover near the Idle switch was no longer there! I immediately brought this to their attention, only to be met with a denial that it had ever existed. Now, there is a significant gap in my dashboard. Reluctant to leave without the missing part, I conducted a brief search but the team did not have enough time to locate it. I paid $229 for a Deluxe Clean and feel utterly cheated. Having been a satisfied customer of the Kiwi Clean Car Wash chain for over 15 years in Wellington, at Queensgate, Lambton Quay, Johnsonville, and also Kilbirnie upon its initial opening, I was eager to try Auckland. Update: Following my review, I received a call from Kiwi Clean Car Wash, Auckland, requesting me to retract it. I explained that the purpose of reviews is to provide an honest account of experiences. The owner has now promised to search for a replacement cover. If they resolve the issue, I will reconsider my review.
