Having to return a faulty item was quite an unpleasant ordeal. Made to feel like we were clueless. A gentleman also tested it and experienced issues, cutting in and out. Then it functioned on another item, yet he was reluctant to replace it. Only after we insisted it was faulty and we were not willing to drive 40 minutes home for it to fail again did he agree to replace it. The manager then interrogated us and was also hesitant about a replacement. After about 20 minutes, he finally decided to replace it. What a hassle, this was far from a pleasant experience. If it's faulty, just replace it, don't treat customers the way you treated us. Today's visit left us very disappointed. We are loyal customers of your company. I now have reservations about continuing to shop here.
