A young individual worked on my nails, each with a unique shape. Asked for almond nails, but some sides were missed and appeared rough. Received many recommendations for this place. Felt like we were inconveniencing them, rushed job to finish quickly. Some nails have bumps, and a friend found a hair in theirs. Paid $68, which is reasonable.

Sooooo lengthy! 2 hours for nails. Only 4 working, very bustling. Was switched seats... why? No use. Some staff lack manners. Nails well done, but different from chosen colour. Staff rough with elderly, pulling hands causing mother's pain.
