Felt like we were inconveniencing them, rushed job to finish quickly. Some nails have bumps, and a friend found a hair in theirs. Got an appt card for 9 AM Monday, BUT when I got there, receptionist said no appt, and no record of me at Bay Audiology. Confused, but got the card and note from Audiologist at home, went back that afternoon and said where to put the aids!
