Adore this store, me and my brothers have shopped here countless times and the quality is top-notch, always stunning. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Outstanding Service. They didn't have the Necklace I was after, so they reached out to their Auckland Store and had it shipped overnight. The only downside - I had initially emailed Silvermoon to inquire about the necklace's availability and only received a response the next day after it had been dispatched from Auckland and I had already made the purchase. The email mentioned there was only one left in the nation and asked if I wanted it. It seems the one sent down was the final one in the country, so perhaps inter-store communication could use some improvement. Nonetheless, a fantastic buy and I would definitely come back.
If we could, we'd give this store 10 stars! Adore the shop and the ladies treated my partner and me with such warmth. Will definitely be returning for more, and the engagement ring we found for my partner was exquisite. Thank you!
