EDIT: I have amended my review to reflect the follow-up action taken by the clinic. My prescription was located, and the Hamilton Clinic Manager has reached out to apologize for the mistake and assure me they have reevaluated their processes around prescription orders to prevent this from happening again. They have also offered my next prescription free of charge. Thank you to the management team for addressing this - exceptional customer service.
