When I had an eye check and ordered my first pair of progressive glasses recently, everyone from the optometrist to the two shop assistants who helped me, was very lovely and patient. I was impressed with the level of time and attention I got given and I felt very informed and supported to pick the right glasses for me - thank you!
Highly recommend. In the last two weeks three of my children have had appointments. The process was smooth and informative giving age appropriate information throughout. One of my children required glasses, the service was fantastic with recommend options and advice. The delivery and fitting was swift and very appreciated. Definitely will be back. Thank you 😊
The staff do a fantastic job of introducing themselves, explaining what they're going to be doing, and talking to you throughout the appointment. They then hand you on to the next person with introductions. Superb service.
