0 stars Absolutely the worst hair color I've ever had. Do not recommend at all. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at the salon, I was given a tiny bottle of clarifying shampoo and sent away. I showed a picture and asked for cool-toned highlights and lowlights, but ended up with gray hair that makes me look older than my mum. I'm devastated and they refuse to correct it. It's embarrassing to go out now, I'll have to find another salon to fix it. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs, not worth the money or the trouble. Standing with Allison Law who had a similar bad experience.
I highly suggest The Hair Boutique! Everyone was so friendly and skilled!
