Had foils and a cut by Amy a few weeks back. Among the finest in years. Already scheduled my next appointment with Amy, becoming a regular. Fantastic to have a skilled professional! Thank you Amy & Tonic.
Stylists skilled, but product quality lacking, especially the dyes. Absence of manufacturer displays raises suspicions. Dye faded rapidly, worse than store brands. Not once shown a color chart in 4 visits. Darkened my dye without consent to match the original desired shade when it faded. How absurd! No return! Photo post-peroxide attempt to lighten. Intended dark blonde with ash highlights.
Extremely let down. My hair got chopped unevenly, much shorter than desired. Can't even tie it back, a ponytail was crucial to me. Clearly stated my preference for minimal trimming and current length. Front portion excessively cut, won't return! If a zero-star option existed, they'd earn it!
