Wonderful owners and team, always welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The store is consistently neat and well-organized, offering a wide selection of beauty products, medications, gifts, and first aid supplies. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment.
Had to get a prescription for my 8 month old granddaughter. The pharmacist went above and beyond, consulting with the doctor and reaching out to my daughter after hours to ensure she received the correct medication. Exceptional service - I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
Fairly new to the area and opted to support this pharmacy. Their prices tend to be 20-30% higher than other local stores. Despite this, I chose to purchase creams, hats, and skincare products here to support a local business. However, my experience with buying sunscreen was disappointing. Upon research, I found out that the sunscreen contains nano particles not recommended by EWG, which can be absorbed into the skin. Within 36 hours, I returned the untouched items and was met by a dismissive associate who claimed my skin concerns were my own issue. After speaking to another staff member, I was advised to return the next day to speak with the owner. Despite the owner's respectful demeanor, I was still taken aback by the initial encounter and lack of empathy towards my health worries. This was not the kind of service I expected as a newcomer, and I would not recommend Unichem as a pharmacy.
