Absolutely adore this shop, they always have everything in stock. The team is so lovely and helpful to all patrons. The product range and presentation are exceptional💕 The team consistently does a great job restocking items for the next customer. This store is a standout for me compared to other locations 😆 "NO STOCK" THE OTHER LOCATIONS ARE A DISASTER 😁
OMG! I've never been so irritated in my life by someone following me around. Why can't the staff receive proper training and greet with a simple "hi, how are you? Is there something specific you're looking for?" They can't even manage the basics. Then, when I got upset and asked why they were following me so closely, the guy just said it was closing time. So why couldn't he just say that from the start? After 15 years in Queenstown, I've never felt so uncomfortable in any other store. I won't be returning there again.
Such a well-kept shop! The selection of goods is top-notch, and the team was super friendly! Special shoutout to Harper who really went above and beyond to assist me during my visit.
