Anika provided a thorough explanation of the necessary procedure and guided me through the potentially uncomfortable moments with grace. I have always been fearful of dental visits. However, the team at the clinic was incredibly supportive and ensured my comfort during the tooth extraction procedure. I didn't even feel the tooth being removed, which was a first for me. I will definitely continue to rely on this dental practice in the future, as they also offer fair pricing.
I'll be frank about my recent visit. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and the assistant working with the dentist was compassionate and skilled. While the dentist herself was informative and kind, she inadvertently used non-dissolvable stitches that had to be removed later. Even now, after four months, I still have one stuck in my gum. The technician responsible for my dentures was unhygienic and did a subpar job; I would not recommend their services. The denture is so thin that it is translucent behind my teeth and has an unnatural hue.
