I am extremely let down by the service. I attempted to schedule an appointment for my son, who suffers from asthma and lung issues, only to be turned away and instructed to call back the next day. What a frustrating situation!
The reception at the medical centre refused to accommodate walk-in patients, even when I was too unwell to travel to the doctor's office. I was quite unimpressed by this. Other clinics have assisted me in the past, albeit at a higher fee since I wasn't a registered patient.
I've had mostly positive experiences at this medical practice. The nursing team is incredibly kind and supportive. However, I do find the policy of addressing only one issue per consultation to be unjust, especially considering the cost of the appointment.
