Harman was outstanding at waxing and threading. Such a delightful person and made me feel completely at ease. Took her time and ensured it was done to a superior standard. Everyone was warm and considerate. The salon is exceptionally clean and easily accessible. Prices are fair and they operate until 7.30pm on two nights. Have rebooked and will definitely return! Highly recommended.
Extremely disappointing customer service. I visited the salon with a New Zealand person and another person who didn't know how to communicate properly. I inquired about something and they just exchanged glances and made faces at each other. I believe they are new staff because I didn't see the usual staff members. They lack the skills to interact with clients. If the customer service starts like this, I dread to think what would happen if I were to get a service from them. They require someone experienced who understands top-notch customer service. I won't be returning. Apologies to the owner who seems to neglect their business 0/0.
I adored visiting this salon with my mum, ideal gals' day out!!! EXCEPTIONAL TREATMENT, we were pampered like queens 🙀😽😻. 10000/10 would recommend fantastic prices, incredibly relaxing 😌 and an extensive array of nail polish and gel polish colors. ❤️❤️❤️❤️I ADORED MY VISIT HERE AND ALREADY BOOKED MY NEXT APPOINTMENT …
