This is the absolute worst service I've encountered. No help or support when needed. Weeks of waiting for bookings, promises of callbacks that never happen, and rude, arrogant reception staff. A disgrace to the New Zealand system. They need to step up their game and professionalism to realize their impact on people's health.
If I could give no stars, I definitely would. The treatment for mental health here is humiliating and disrespectful. My previous excellent doctor has left, and the receptionist is unkind and lacking compassion. Not recommended to anyone.
