Exceptional service, great advice given. Nurse Grace was fantastic. My partner and I had CardiAction heart & artery screening with her. Everything well explained, very professional. Prompt results. Left knowing where we stand, what adjustments to make, how to care for our health. Highly recommend. Quick and gives peace of mind. Both in our late 40s, never too early for a check-up. Visited for vaccination and ear micro suctioning with my daughter. Nurse Grace was amazing, easy to talk to, made us comfortable as we both dislike needles. Ears cleaned gently, procedure explained at each step, what to expect. Ears feel great now. Truly excellent service.
Ignored me while I stood right there. Nurse looked quite grumpy, very unhappy. Cashier just counted money, ignored me. After some time, finally acknowledged me, then said only Vaccines till 2pm. Useless really. Try the other Unichem, friendlier staff, quick vaccine till 6pm. Avoid this unfriendly place.
