I undertook the 8-week postpartum recovery program and highly recommend it! I started 3 weeks after my first baby. Kiri is very knowledgeable, explains what's happening with any aches and pains. Workouts were really effective, we were taught how to do them correctly incorporating our pelvic floor and informed how they work. We could bring our babies along so it was really good to get used to taking baby out and about! Kiri was also great at looking after the babies when they became unsettled to allow us mums to carry on with our workout.
I’ve completed two of Kiri's postpartum programs now and absolutely adore them! Kiri is so informed and always delves into the reasoning behind the exercises we engage in. If you're feeling sore or anything, Kiri offers modifications. I feel so at ease bringing my 6 month old baby with me - Kiri is so supportive with the little ones if they ever become fussy, and we can feed/tend to our babies whenever. The workouts are enjoyable and challenging, and Kiri is always motivating us! Highly recommend 👏🏽👏🏽
I've been training with Kiri on and off for the past 6 years, after my second baby, pregnant with my third and now with baby number 3 almost 3 years old. I'm currently seeing Kiri once a week for personal training. After a quick assessment of where my body is at, Kiri always provides a session that is just what my body needs. Anything from lifting heavy to gentle stretching or rest and recovery before a big event. Kiri really does know her stuff, and provides a session that leaves me better than when I arrived, every single time. She's continually updating her knowledge and finding new ways to support her clients. Kiri really is incredible and I would highly recommend her and Bootiful fitness whatever stage you are on your journey.
