It's a very well stocked store, but the service is dreadful. Having to wait in a queue for up to 10 minutes some days is irritating, especially when there is only on average 2 checkouts open, the self checkouts are always closed when I go in and as a tradie having to wait to be served for that long is frustrating. Seeing staff ignore you when you need help is annoying,
Today we went shopping for bulky items. We required a trailer. A remarkable young person arranged this for us. We completed our shopping, ready to pay a $100 bond for the trailer, but no fee, superb. Preparing to load the trailer we then had 2 individuals to do this for us. Thank you to you all. 😊 …
Personnel is useless, got told "to have some patience" while the individual at the checkout played around with a customers phone while a young person was standing right there with his hands in his pockets and was capable to help the customer while the individual who was meant to be serving could have been doing her job and actually serving customers. Management needs to step up because they are letting people do nothing for easy money.
